The 18th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2026) opened on May 13 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Under the theme “Evolve the Cell, Excel in All,” CORNEX presented its full-scenario portfolio, highlighting a comprehensive range of energy storage, electric vehicle, and commercial vehicle solutions that underscore the company’s technical strength from cell to system integration.

For the EV segment, CORNEX featured the “Everest” 6C cell, offering 190 Wh/kg on an 800 V platform and enabling a 600 km range with just 10 minutes of charging. The cell retains over 85% of its energy at -20 °C and sustains a 1C discharge rate even at 20% SOC, effectively removing cold-weather range anxiety. In commercial mobility, CORNEX addressed diverse needs with the H02 rear-mounted and H03 chassis-mounted longitudinal CTP systems. Both incorporate high-strength aluminum reinforcement and have passed vibration tests at three times the national standard. The H02 pack uses a frameless CTP design to achieve 40% greater volume utilization and a peak charging rate of 2.0SC, while the H03 boosts integration efficiency by 10% and allows the vehicle wheelbase to be shortened by 400 mm. For light-duty applications, CORNEX displayed 45 Ah full-tab cylindrical cells and a sodium-ion series capable of discharging efficiently at -40 °C.

Responding to the global imperative for grid stability, CORNEX is placing a strong focus on optimizing the Levelized Cost of Storage (LCOS). Anchoring this strategy is the 588 Ah ultra-large capacity cell, which delivers a gravimetric energy density of 190 Wh/kg and a volumetric density of 419 Wh/L. Beyond reaching 96.5% energy efficiency, the cell provides a stable cycle life of more than 12,000 cycles. To ensure consistent, large-scale delivery, CORNEX is advancing these innovations through its planned 200 GWh smart manufacturing capacity.

On the system integration front, CORNEX’s CTP 3.0 technology removes traditional module constraints, achieving a pack-level volumetric density of 280 Wh/L and 195.68 kWh per pack. A novel assembly process integrates 104 of the 588 Ah cells into a single unit, reducing production steps by 30% and raising the units per hour (JPH) to over 60. These advancements come together in the flagship M6 ESS, a standard 20-foot container solution packing 6,250 kWh of energy. The M6 incorporates top-venting thermal management and a next-generation active-balancing BMS powered by AI algorithms, shifting the safety approach from passive protection to active prediction.
