From April 24 to April 29, CALB’s top-tier batteries provided the energy behind the global debuts of the Harmony OS Intelligent Travel Shangjie Z7/Z7T, Zhijie R7, Toyota Bozhi 7, XPeng GX, ArcFox S3, and Yijing X9 at the auto show. Altogether, more than 30 brands and over 40 vehicle models were on display at the Beijing Auto Show.

CALB’s top-tier battery technology continues to set the industry pace, fully enabling high-end vehicle models. The 80–100 kWh ternary lithium battery pack, which meets the strictest safety standards in the industry, is fitted to a wide range of premium models, establishing a new benchmark for large-capacity batteries. The 10C ultra-fast charging battery achieves a 400 km range from just 5 minutes of charging, features zero capacity degradation at -20°C, and supports a full-charge range of up to 1,000 km — delivering an unparalleled charging experience to end users.

CALB is fast-tracking the mass production of hybrid solid-liquid and all-solid-state technologies while forging diversified pathways:

● 360 Wh/kg aerospace-grade high-energy battery: The world’s first to reach high-volume mass production; integrated into the XPeng AeroHT X3-F flying car that rolled off the Chengdu factory line; supports 25C ultra-high-rate discharge and holds dual certification under automotive regulations and aviation airworthiness standards.

● 400 Wh/kg hybrid solid-liquid battery: Now in mass production for vehicle applications, offering 2C ultra-fast charging, a range increase of over 20% at -25°C, and successfully passing 44 safety verifications — thereby unlocking large-scale application potential.

● 450 Wh/kg all-solid-state battery: R&D and design finalization of all-solid-state batteries dedicated to robots and aircraft have been completed ahead of schedule; the 60 Ah automotive-grade all-solid-state battery (exceeding 400 Wh/kg) is under parallel development; and the industry’s first dedicated all-solid-state production line has already been built, steadily advancing engineering and vehicle-mounted validation.
