The 2025 China Commercial Vehicles Show (CCVS) was recently held at the Wuhan International Expo Center. CALB made a grand appearance with its full “ZHIYUAN” product lineup, covering energy solutions for light and heavy commercial vehicles across all categories, drawing widespread industry attention.

At the event, CALB systematically showcased its robust product portfolio and technological capabilities tailored to the full spectrum of commercial vehicle scenarios:

- For closed-area short-distance transport in specific scenarios such as ports, mines, and steel plants, CALB has custom-developed the HL Series products. These cover a capacity range of 120–600 kWh via single, dual, and triple branch configurations, alongside a 4-branch frame structure that extends solutions beyond 800 kWh, achieving an energy density of up to 167 Wh/kg.

- For long-haul logistics with heavy commercial vehicles, CALB highlighted the zhiyuan Super-Charging Long-Life GL Series solution. A single pack exceeds 150 kWh, supports 2C continuous fast charging, and adopts a protective cell structure with layered assembly—reducing weight by 10% and increasing volumetric energy density by over 40%. A under-body single-pack GL variant offering 203 kWh is also under development, targeting an ultra-long service life of 1.5 million kilometers over 10 years.

- Addressing urban delivery and intercity logistics for light trucks, the exhibited zhiyuan Light Truck Battery System emphasizes high capacity and long range. A single 134 kWh pack significantly improves ground clearance while meeting light truck EKG standards. While maintaining the same pack envelope, CALB is also developing an industry-leading 176 kWh version capable of a comprehensive range exceeding 500 km.

In addition, CALB delivered a themed speech on the “Five Ultra” battery technology and the electric future of commercial applications, reinforcing its commitment to open collaboration and shared success through innovation.
