Recently, the Cornex New Energy Mengshi Light storage 48MW/96MWh liquid cooled energy storage power station project was connected to the grid in Karamay City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, which is the first project in Xinjiang to use 5MWh liquid cooled energy storage system.

Cornex equipped the project with 20 sets of self-developed and self-produced 20-foot 5MWh battery prefabrication chamber CORNEX M5, each energy storage unit integrated battery management system, cooling system, fire protection system, etc., for photovoltaic power generation users in Taklamar area of Xinjiang, can achieve safe and stable operation of equipment in a wide temperature zone of -30℃ -60 ℃, with strong environmental adaptability. After the completion of the project, it will play a full role in the consumption of renewable energy, peak cutting and valley filling, and effectively improve the efficiency of local energy utilization.
