On July 8, CORNEX and Denmark-based KK Group formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement at CORNEX’s global headquarters. The signing ceremony was attended by CORNEX Chairman Dai Deming, President Huang Feng, and Vice President Zheng Peng, together with KK Group representatives including Chief Corporate Development Officer Michael Dallala, Vice President of Energy Storage System Michael Ariel Nielsen, and President of the Power & Control Division Mads Norby.

Under the agreement, the two companies will tap into the rapid growth of the European energy storage market by harnessing their combined strengths across the industrial chain, advanced technologies, and market resources to build a comprehensive, full-lifecycle cooperation framework. Building on this strategic alignment, the parties signed a framework agreement for 5GWh of large-scale energy storage systems. The partnership covers project design, product supply, on-site commissioning, operations and maintenance (O&M) support, spare parts provision, and battery decommissioning and recycling, thereby creating a closed-loop overseas service ecosystem. This signing marks the formal execution of the cooperation intent previously established at the Smarter E Europe exhibition and lays a solid foundation for deep market synergy.
