Built for 4- to 8-hour long-duration applications, the M6 BESS container leverages proprietary 588 Ah battery cells and an advanced CTP design to pack an industry-leading 6.26 MWh into a standard 20-foot footprint. This compact architecture tackles Europe’s land constraints directly, lifting land-use efficiency by 33% and reducing the number of containers required for large-scale projects by 20%.

Beyond sheer energy density, the M6 is tailored to meet European environmental standards and offers exceptional siting versatility. With an ultra-low operating noise of ≤65 dB and a C5-H corrosion resistance rating, the system can be seamlessly installed near residential neighbourhoods or in aggressive coastal climates. Its advanced liquid cooling keeps operating temperatures below 35 °C, extending the system’s service life by 20%. These attributes are underpinned by comprehensive international safety certifications, furnishing a “predictable and dependable” foundation for grid peak-shaving and renewable integration.

Complementing its utility-scale offer, CORNEX also unveiled high-performance cells for residential and micro-mobility markets. Flagship 314 Ah, 120 Ah, and 100 Ah cells deliver enhanced safety for home energy autonomy, while dedicated cylindrical cells rated for over 2,500 cycles target the expanding light electric vehicle segment. Supported by a vast 200 GWh production capacity blueprint, CORNEX is set to scale up M6 container production later this year, securing a reliable and agile supply chain that advances Europe’s sustainable energy ambitions.
