We recently delivered custom 51.2V 50Ah battery packs together with matching 58.4V 15A chargers to Italy for one of our long-term clients. This battery pack is specially designed for e-bike applications.

Battery Pack Specifications

Cell configuration: 16S2P, model 40175L lithium iron phosphate cells (3.2V, 25Ah per cell)

BMS: 16S 200A integrated protection board, equipped with Bluetooth communication, as well as UART and RS485 interfaces

Outer packaging: Double-layer heat shrink tubing insulation

Discharge terminal: 50A Anderson connector with 60cm output cable

Charging terminal: 15A Anderson connector with 20cm charging cable

Both batteries and chargers are individually packed in cartons and shipped to Italy via sea transport under DDP terms.
