The 17th China International Battery Fair (CIBF 2025) kicked off in grand fashion at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Sunwoda made a strong appearance with its dual focus on "All-Scenario Battery Solutions + Frontier Technology Exploration," showcasing industry-leading products and unveiling groundbreaking innovations at its "Low-Altitude Power Battery Launch Event & Battery Passport Roundtable Forum." The event highlighted Sunwoda’s forward-thinking approach in the new energy sector, setting a new benchmark for industry development.
At the exhibition, Sunwoda centered its display around "full-scenario, high-performance, intelligent, and green" solutions, presenting flagship products spanning EV batteries, energy storage, e-bike batteries, and battery passports.
✔ Full-Scenario Coverage:
● E-Mobility: Ultra-fast-charging batteries for e-bikes, passenger EVs (6C LFP "XinXingChi" – 500km in 10 mins; 6C NCM "XinXingYao" – 700km in 10 mins), commercial vehicles, and low-altitude aircraft.
● Energy Storage: 314Ah & 625Ah cells, 5MWh liquid-cooled ESS, and a 10-meter 2MWh mobile energy storage vehicle for both grid-scale and emergency power needs.
✔ High-Performance Breakthroughs:
● E-bike batteries with 5KW ultra-fast charging (20 mins to 80%).
● Flash Charge 4.0 – 150km range in just 1 minute.
● 625Ah cell delivers "2kWh per cell", supports 2000V systems, and features AI stacking & thermoelectric separation tech.
● 2MWh mobile storage unit (6000-cycle lifespan).
✔ Intelligent Upgrades:
● Smart Cell 2.0 integrates multi-dimensional sensors for real-time monitoring, safety alerts, and full lifecycle tracking.
✔ Green Initiatives:
● As a Global Battery Alliance member, Sunwoda launched a Battery Passport platform (leveraging blockchain + IIoT) to drive supply chain sustainability under EU regulatory standards.
At the Low-Altitude Power Battery Launch, Dr. Xu Zhongling, Head of Sunwoda Central Research Institute, revealed the "Xin•YunXiao 2.0" aviation battery (energy density ≥360Wh/kg), featuring "semi-solid-state" tech for high energy, power, safety, and wide-temperature performance in drones, air taxis, and more.
The Battery Passport Roundtable brought together experts from Xinyuan Material, BTR, CarbonTrace, and CAICT to discuss "Battery Passport as a Competitive Edge." Sunwoda emphasized its commitment to global interoperability of battery passports, reinforcing traceability and ESG compliance.
"Innovation thrives on collaboration," said Liang Rui, Sunwoda VP & Chief Sustainability Officer, calling for industry-wide partnerships to accelerate the green energy transition.
