The TDC-JH Series 1.5kW DC-DC converter supplies 12V low-voltage DC power for vehicles. Its output can be connected to a 12V backup battery, for which the DC-DC converter implements dedicated charging management.
Featuring high efficiency, compact footprint, superior stability and long service life, this unit also delivers a high IP rating, strong reliability and comprehensive protection functions, making it an ideal solution for electric vehicles.
A built-in thermal sensor enables over-temperature protection with automatic recovery once the temperature drops. Manufactured with a fully sealed construction, it achieves an IP67 protection rating to guarantee reliable performance under complex operating conditions.

Select a 3-core AC power cable with protective earth conductor, and install the ground wire correctly.
If any abnormal noise or odor occurs during product operation, disconnect the power plug immediately.
Keep away from fire sources and flammable-explosive substances when charging the battery normally.
Do not charge damaged or non-rechargeable batteries.

Do not block the product’s air inlet and outlet to prevent overheating.
Ensure the output cable length is appropriate to avoid charging performance degradation caused by line voltage drop.
Disconnect the power cord and charging plug before moving the product.
The battery voltage must match the nominal voltage of the charger.
Avoid collision and compression. Do not pull, twist or shake the charging cable.
The product shall be placed in a safe, well-ventilated and rain proof environment.
For long-term storage, pack the product properly.
