We recently delivered 4 pieces of REPT 3.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 batteries, one DC-DC charger, and one 4S 60A BMS to a client in Malaysia. This system is designed to provide reliable power for a critical GPS tracking application.

Our team supplied and configured a high-performance kit featuring the following:

Core Power: 4 x REPT 3.2V 150Ah LiFePO4 batteries, professionally pre-welded with flexible connectors for easy series connection into a durable 12V 150Ah battery bank.

Intelligent Management: A 4S 60A smart active balance BMS with a 1A active balancing current, ensuring optimal cell health and maximum battery lifespan. Due to space limitations, we provided a more compact BMS. Below is the dimension drawing:

Seamless Charging: A dedicated DC-DC charger, efficiently converting power from a standard 12V lead-acid system to the ideal voltage required for the LiFePO4 batteries. Due to space limitations, we provided a more compact DC-DC converter. Below is the dimension drawing:

The entire system was shipped via UPS Air, arriving at our client's location in Malaysia in just 8 days.
