When matched with 6 kW chargers, the Motorcycle Ultra-Fast Charging Battery reaches an 80% state of charge in just 20 minutes.

“A delivery rider can plug in during a coffee break and get back on the road with a fully usable battery,” said Sandy Lv, General Manager of Sunwoda’s Motorcycle Battery Business. “That kind of behavior shift is what makes ultra-fast charging a practical commercial standard for light EVs.”

During high-power charging, the battery keeps temperature variation between cells within 3 °C. It delivers more than 2,000 cycles and a five-year service life, features IPX7 waterproofing, operates from –20 °C to 60 °C, and is compatible with over 90% of battery-swap stations.

Alongside the product launch, the Ultra-Fast Charging Alliance for Light Electric Mobility was formed together with industry partners to advance protocol standardization. The battery has already completed design-in validation with several leading electric motorcycle brands, pilot deployments are now under way in Hangzhou, and mass production is scheduled for Q3 2026.

For marine applications, the company offers battery-system capabilities for inland and coastal vessels. In energy storage, the cell lineup displayed at the exhibition ranges from 102 Ah to 684 Ah, supporting residential, commercial-and-industrial, and utility-scale projects around the world.
