Las Vegas, September 9–11, 2025 — At RE+ 2025, one of North America’s premier solar energy events, EVE Energy made a notable impact as an innovation leader in large-cell technology. The company globally launched its groundbreaking “Zero Degradation in 5 Years” 5MWh long-cycle energy storage system and introduced overseas for the first time its 836kWh modular cabinet. These scenario-based innovative solutions mark the beginning of a new era in large-cell applications, positioning EVE as one of the most watched players at the exhibition.
Addressing common industry challenges such as “performance degradation upon delivery” and “high oversizing costs” in overseas energy storage markets, EVE Energy introduced the Mr. Giant Pro system. It leverages long-life battery technology to deliver a energy storage solution that combines high reliability with economic efficiency.
Using an advanced large-cell approach and proprietary long-life battery technology, Mr. Giant Pro builds a highly resilient, inorganic-rich SEI film that significantly reduces side reactions during transportation, storage, and cycling. Moreover, its unique targeted SEI film repair technology automatically mends defects during usage, effectively delaying decay and extending cycle life. This results in a breakthrough of zero degradation over five years, truly achieving “solar-and-storage synced lifespan.”
Compared to traditional solutions, EVE’s new system increases energy discharge per unit over its lifecycle by 16%, reduces the number of DC-side devices by 16%, and substantially lowers initial investment and operational costs.
To tackle transportation challenges for overseas energy storage projects, EVE launched the 836kWh Mr. Brick modular cabinet. Its modular design breaks down the system into manageable parts, effectively addressing road weight restrictions, simplifying logistics, reducing costs, shortening project timelines, and offering a new approach to international deliveries.
Featuring ultra-large-capacity cells, each module delivers 209kWh. Its stackable modular design supports versatile applications:
- Multi-Function Cabinets: Innovative stackable power distribution design allows flexible parallel configuration and integration with containerized systems, covering utility-scale and C&I energy storage scenarios.
- Flexible Transport: Modular shipping bypasses logistics constraints for large cabinets, complying with 100% of global sea and land transport standards.
- Smart O&M: Unified interfaces and plug-and-play design improve maintenance efficiency, while an intelligent management system enables precise early warnings.
- Enhanced Safety: Innovative “thermal-electric separation” and “liquid-electric separation” designs increase fire protection layer coverage by 15% over traditional integrated cabinets, providing triple fire protection.
EVE also showcased a diverse product matrix tailored for energy transition, smart living, and green lifestyle applications. The display included full-scenario solutions such as utility-scale energy storage, residential energy storage, smart meters, consumer batteries, and power batteries, offering comprehensive lithium battery support to global customers.
As part of its ongoing global expansion, EVE has achieved significant milestones in the Americas: establishing EVE ACT Inc., launching the ACT factory project, and opening its U.S. regional headquarters. These steps strongly support localized operations and rapidly growing business demands, earning broad recognition among local customers with high-quality energy storage solutions and services.
Adhering to its philosophy of “technology-driven development,” EVE Energy continues to commit to innovation and enhanced local services. The company aims to provide global customers with superior products and solutions, contributing to the worldwide energy transition and fostering a green, low-carbon future.
